Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred when the order arrives in your destination country. ÜMMER is not responsible for these costs, if applicable, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please provide us with a complete and accurate address and contact cell phone number. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer change the address or redirect the order. Unfortunately, we will not be responsible for any incorrect delivery address provided to us.
If your shipment has a problem, is delayed or lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
If a payment dispute occurs prior to shipping, the order will be held because Paypal/Shopify Payments will hold payment in these circumstances. To proceed with the order, the dispute must be resolved.

Our payment systems are managed by Shopify Payments and PayPal. You can use your credit card or PayPal account to pay for your order.
Furthermore, we accept payments by bank deposit or MB WAY.
