EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund, store credit, or exchange. For more information about our return policy, see the following section.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
All returns must be mailed within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive your order. All returned items must be in original condition, without any marks or signs of use and with all tags intact. Under the Right of Free Resolution (art 10, of DL 24/2014, of 14 Feb)
Send us an email at email@example.com to inform us of your desire to return or exchange your order.
To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging and send your return to the following address:

The customer is responsible for all return costs to us. The exchange product is sent free of charge.
Note: We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your exchange. We are not responsible for any lost orders.
We do not accept returns or exchanges from outside Europe EEA (European Economic Area) such as USA, UK, Switzerland, etc.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will return or exchange it. Please allow at least five (5) days from receipt of the item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.
If you return an item for exchange, please indicate this in the email and tell us which item you would like to receive.
Exchange items will be sent using a free courier service. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your exchange. If there is a problem, we will contact you by phone (if provided) or email.
If the returned products are damaged or used, ÜMMER reserves the right not to accept the return and there will be no right to a refund. In this case, the product(s) will be returned to the customer after payment of shipping costs. If the customer refuses to comply with the instructions, the product(s) will be considered abandoned, with no compensation or refund being given.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
As soon as you detect a defect or other non-conformity, you must communicate via email to firstname.lastname@example.org describing the product defect and always attaching proof images.
After receiving the email, we will contact you to replace the product, return it for a refund or any other agreed solution.
All shipping costs relating to the return or exchange of defective products will be borne by ÜMMER.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Personalized / made-to-order items (marked “Made to order”)
Note (for orders outside the EEA)
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
